Women's circle
Last updated August 10, 2026.
These are women's-circle sound baths, held for women, often with time to gather before or after the sound itself. The sound bath runs as usual: you lie down, stay still, and rest while the instruments play.
2 women's circle sessions are on the Front Range calendar right now, priced $20 to $40.

Common questions
What is a women's circle sound bath?
A sound bath is a session where you lie down, usually on a mat, while a facilitator plays instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. Most run 45 to 75 minutes, and you stay clothed and still the whole time.
Do I need any experience?
No. There is nothing to learn or perform; you lie down and rest. Most facilitators explain what will happen before they start, and you can always ask, so a first sound bath is as easy as any other.
How much do these sessions cost?
The sessions listed here run $20 to $40. Some are offered by donation or free. Each listing shows its own price, and the ticket link goes straight to the organizer.
