Laura Riehman

Laura Riehman brings a whole orchestra to Niwot — gong, alchemy and quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute, and more — as a shamanic practitioner, sound healer, and reiki master at Una Vida Meditation & Movement. Her Sound Bath Ceremonies are offered, in the studio's own words, as a peaceful space for stillness, clarity, rejuvenation, and connection, and she also co-leads combined breathwork and sound bath ceremonies there.
