Christina Epps moves between two worlds most people keep separate: she founded Craft Fitness Denver as a NASM-certified personal trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist, then went just as deep the other direction — a 1000-hour holistic health practitioner certification in San Diego and certification as a Sound Healing Alchemist. Her stated focus is "low impact, high intensity fitness as well as ancient relaxation practices" — strength and stillness from the same hands. At Sacred Society she leads Stretch & Sound and the Sound Bath: Restorative Experience, and she hosts sound baths around Denver.
