Joy Childress

"My name is Joy, a name I strive to live up to!" — that is Joy Childress introducing herself, and the rest follows suit. A Fort Collins yoga teacher (200-hour, 2015), Usui Reiki Level 3 practitioner, astrologer, and artist with a BFA from Colorado State, she calls herself an Energy Alchemist and leads heart-opening yoga paired with sound bowl healing on her set of seven bowls — including nature-based sessions like the yoga and sound bath gatherings at Camdazco Farm near Boulder.
