Cyndi Ortiz spent 20 years as a senior producer in TV and film before burnout — and her recovery from it — turned her toward this work, and Liminal Lemonade is what she built on the other side: an Earth Medicine practice drawing on her Puerto Rican and Taino ancestry and the intuitive gifts of both her grandmothers. Her trainings include Usui Reiki Level 2, sound healing certification, The Embody Lab's Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy program, and life coaching.
