Chavon co-hosts community sound baths in downtown Colorado Springs at The Next Us, alongside co-facilitator Diane of Soothing Frequencies LLC — and the instrument list alone is worth the trip: crystal singing bowls, bronze singing bowls, gongs, chimes, harp, flutes, and hand pan. Zero-gravity chairs await early registrants, and the gatherings are community-first: easy to join, often free or by donation.
