Sound Bath Calendar Get the Thursday digest

Outdoor

Last updated August 10, 2026.

These sound baths are held outside (a park, a garden, a reservoir), so the sound sits inside real ambient noise rather than a quiet room. Bring a mat or blanket and layers; weather can move or cancel a session.

3 outdoor sessions are on the Front Range calendar right now.

Common questions

What is a outdoor sound bath?

A sound bath is a session where you lie down, usually on a mat, while a facilitator plays instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. Most run 45 to 75 minutes, and you stay clothed and still the whole time.

Do I need any experience?

No. There is nothing to learn or perform; you lie down and rest. Most facilitators explain what will happen before they start, and you can always ask, so a first sound bath is as easy as any other.
