When sound baths happen

Two out of three sessions on the calendar start between 5pm and 8pm, and 71 of the 129 start at exactly 6:00, 6:30 or 7:00. Sunday carries the most listings. Mornings barely exist.

<!-- Every figure below was computed from the ItemList the calendar publishes on its own root page: 129 upcoming listings running 2026-09-07 through 2026-09-28, pulled 2026-09-07. Method matches the cost report and the monthly roundups: the numbers are frozen at the pull date and stated as such, not regenerated at build time. Refresh them if this gets edited later. -->

Sound baths on the Front Range are an evening thing. Of the 129 listings on the calendar right now, 86 start between 5pm and 8pm. Seventy-one of them start at exactly 6:00, 6:30 or 7:00.

The single most common start time is 7:00pm, with 31 listings. Then 6:30pm with 25, then 6:00pm with 15.

That is the whole answer. The rest of this is the shape underneath it, and the two or three places where the pattern breaks in a way that is worth knowing before you plan around it.

The evening block

There are 129 sessions on the calendar as this goes up, running from today through September 28. Here is where they start:

| When it starts | Listings | |---|---| | Before noon | 15 | | Noon to 4:59pm | 27 | | 5:00pm to 7:59pm | 86 | | 8:00pm or later | 1 |

Two thirds of everything on the calendar sits in a three-hour window on weeknights and weekend evenings. If your question is whether you can get to a sound bath after work, the answer is that after work is when almost all of them are.

The reverse question is the harder one. One listing in the next three weeks starts after 8pm. If you work a closing shift, the calendar has close to nothing for you.

Which day

Sunday carries the most listings, and Monday the fewest.

| Day | Listings | |---|---| | Sunday | 28 | | Wednesday | 23 | | Saturday | 22 | | Friday | 19 | | Thursday | 17 | | Tuesday | 11 | | Monday | 9 |

Seventy-nine of the 129 are on a weekday, 50 on a weekend. That surprised us, since the sessions themselves read like weekend plans. The weekday count is carried almost entirely by Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, which hold 59 listings between them. Fifty-eight of those 59 start at 5pm or later.

Monday is the day to know about. Nine listings across four Mondays, and two of the nine are the same recurring quartz session in Colorado Springs on two different weeks. If Monday is the night you have free, you are choosing from a handful of options, and three of them start at 7:00pm.

Wednesday and Sunday are different shapes

The day totals hide the more useful fact, which is that the days are not interchangeable.

Wednesday is an evening-only day. All 23 Wednesday listings start at 5pm or later. Not one Wednesday session on the calendar begins before 5pm. If you are looking for a mid-week daytime session, Wednesday is the wrong day to search.

Sunday is the only day spread across the clock. Sunday listings start at nine different hours, from 9:30am through 7pm, with sessions in the morning, the early afternoon, the late afternoon and the evening. Sunday is the one day where the time you prefer is likely to exist.

Saturday runs early. Seventeen of the 22 Saturday listings start before 5pm, which is the inverse of the calendar as a whole. Saturday is the daytime day.

If you want a morning

There are 15 morning listings in the next three weeks, and 11 of them start at 10:00am on a Saturday or a Sunday.

That leaves four. Two are Monday 10:00am sessions, one in Colorado Springs and one in Denver. One is a Friday 11:00am session in Boulder for cancer patients. One is a Sunday 9:30am yoga and sound session by a creek. Morning sound baths on the Front Range are a weekend habit that two organizers extend into Monday.

A related thing the numbers make plain: 10:00am is doing almost all of the work. Thirteen of the 15 morning listings start at 10:00am exactly. If you are searching for something at 7am before work, the calendar has none.

Where they are

The evening concentration holds across all four cities, but the volume does not.

| City | Listings | |---|---| | Denver | 79 | | Boulder | 20 | | Colorado Springs | 15 | | Fort Collins | 15 |

Denver holds 61 percent of the listings. If you are outside Denver and want a specific night of the week, you are picking from between 15 and 20 sessions spread over three weeks, and the day you want may have one option or none.

What to do with this

Three practical reads.

If you have any weekday evening free, you have the run of the calendar. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 6 and 7 is where the supply is, and you can be choosy about the organizer and the venue rather than the time.

If you need daytime, search Saturday first and Sunday second, and do not bother with Wednesday.

If you need a morning, put 10:00am on a weekend in your calendar now, because there are ten of those in three weeks and there is not a second tier behind them.

Every one of these numbers moves when organizers post next month's schedule. The full calendar is the live version, and the counts here were frozen on September 7.
